For Betty x So peace at last came knocking Though ready she was, Yet we remained so unprepared. Such stillness takes a life into her rest The best of the best A Queen amongst all and us, Her ladies in waiting, Send a part of our spirit to guide her on her way. In our memory you will stay, In our words and deeds, Reminded everyday. That the love we give to those in our care grants volumes of peace, In both our hearts and theirs.
